The Mark of the Beast Revealed in Two Verses:

Revelation 14, verses 11 and 12. These two verses follow the description of those who receive the mark of the beast, saying:

11: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

12: Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

In verse 11, what do those who receive the mark of the beast NOT have?

A. “rest”

In verse 11, what are the saints involved with?

A. “worship”

Verse 12 then describes the two characteristics of those who DO NOT receive the Mark of the Beast. Since those who “keep the commandments of God” do not receive the mark of the beast, it can only mean the mark of the beast, is a violation of at least one of “the commandments of God.” Therefore it it must be asked,

Q. Do any of the commandments of God have to do with “rest” and “worship?”

A. Yes.

Conclusion:

The Mark of the Beast is a violation of the commandment of God having to do with rest and worship.

Q. Which commandment has to do with rest and worship?

A. The Fourth commandment, the Sabbath.

Rev 14:7: “Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.”

Q. What does the Angel in Revelation 14:7 instruct the saints to do in this conflict?

Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:”

Q. Is there a day of rest for unbelievers?

A. Hebrews 4:7-11

“Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.  For if Jesus had given them [Unbelievers] rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day? There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into His rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.”

Q. According to the last sentence above (verse 11), not entering into God’s rest is a sign of what?

A. “unbelief”

Q. Is the Sabbath then, a sign of belief in God?

A. Ezekiel 20:20

“And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.”

Q. Most Christians keep the Sabbath on Sunday instead of the seventh-day. Isn’t this ok?

A. “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” (Mark 7:7)

Revelation 13:16:

“he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:”

Q. Where is the mark of the beast applied?

A. “in their right hand, or in their foreheads”

Q. Where is God’s law written?

“And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.” (Deu 6:8)

A. “upon thine hand” and “between thine eyes”

The mark of the beast, is a deception leading men to break God’s law written upon the hand and forehead, and therefore, this is where the change, or mark is made by satan. A Change in God’s saw as prophesied in Daniel 7:25. The FOREHEAD is a symbol of knowing God’s law, and the HAND is a symbol of our actions and doing HIs law.

Conclusion:

BE NOT DECEIVED. TRANSGRESSION OF THE FOURTH COMMANDMENT OF GOD’S LAW IS SIN, FOR “SIN IS TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW.” (1 John 3:4)

BEFORE CHRIST RETURNS, THE EARTH IS TESTED OVER THE MATTER OF GOD’S COMMANDMENTS, AS PROPHECY SAYS “AND THE DRAGON WAS WROTH WITH THE WOMAN, AND WENT TO MAKE WAR WITH THE REMNANT OF HER SEED WHICH KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, AND HAVE THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS.” (Rev 12:17)

GOD GAVE THIS SAME TEST TO THE ISRAELITES BEFORE THEY ENTERED THE PROMISED LAND, AND HE SAID “I WILL RAIN BREAD FROM HEAVEN FOR YOU; AND THE PEOPLE SHALL GO OUT AND GATHER A CERTAIN RATE EVERY DAY, THAT I MAY PROVE THEM, WHETHER THEY WILL WALK IN MY LAW OR NO.” (Exo 16:4)

FOR 2,000 YEARS THE WORLD HAS BEEN LED ASTRAY IN PREPARATION FOR THIS EVENT. REJOICE AND BE GLAD, FOR NOW YOU KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THE MARK OF THE BEAST TEST.
